Your workspace records

The download includes your brands, offers, campaign copy, credit history, purchase summaries and file inventories. It also includes recorded account status, your staff role if applicable, and journal drafts, published versions and image inventories owned by your account. It is a JSON file, which can be read by other software.

Image and video files are not bundled. Download campaign files from your campaigns, and download complete purchase agreements from Purchases & credits. Journal image files may require an assisted request.

Your browser saves a fresh JSON file when you choose Download account data. You can request up to two exports per hour. Keep this file private and avoid editing your workspace during the download. No copy is stored on a public link.

Request a correction, export or deletion

Email support@adforlio.com from your account email and explain your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, sign-in codes or full payment-card details.

Deleting an account is reviewed separately from cancelling work or requesting a refund. We will check the relevant records and explain any justified retention. A pending job or purchase does not automatically remove your privacy rights.

This page does not delete anything. Emailing a request does not instantly erase files or records.

What this download does not cover

Authentication and security logs, staff and journal audit records, invitation records, support correspondence, sandbox records, backups and independently held provider records may require a separate review. Original media and processed files are separate records; storage orphans also need checking.

This is a workspace export, not a claim that every record held by every provider has been collected or erased.
