Acceptable Use and Creative Integrity
Use Adforlio to communicate a genuine lawful offer. The same standards apply to products, professional services, software, courses, events, property, hospitality and initiatives.
1. Honest advertising
Do not invent testimonials, customers, awards, certifications, qualifications, results, impact figures, property features, discounts or scarce availability. State eligibility, pricing, dates and material conditions accurately.
Do not portray generated scenes as documentary proof of actual work, premises, software screens or client experiences. Label artificial or materially edited content where required, and retain required provenance information.
2. Rights and permissions
Only upload content you may lawfully use. Obtain necessary permissions for identifiable people, voices, logos, copyrighted work, property photographs and client information. Do not imply an endorsement that has not been given.
No impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate material, exploitation of minors, harassment, privacy invasion, scams or other unlawful content. Do not attempt to evade account, moderation or spending controls.
3. Sensitive or restricted use
Do not submit medical records, government identifiers, payment credentials, biometric templates or confidential customer databases to a creative-generation prompt. A business offering a regulated service must substantiate its claims and obtain any necessary approvals before advertising.
The platform is not a source of personalised medical, financial, immigration or legal advice. A generated advertisement is not a professional compliance certificate. Campaigns involving regulated goods, fundraising or housing must also meet applicable law and the destination platform’s rules.
4. Platform and provider security
Do not expose API keys, resell raw provider access, run unauthorised scans, overload the service, exploit another account, interfere with jobs or bypass payment and credit limits. Keep external booking or registration pages secure and truthful.
Provider terms may impose additional model-specific restrictions. Where required, those restrictions must be explained before the relevant generation; a change in model does not authorise previously prohibited processing.
5. Reporting and review
Report suspected misuse or rights infringement to support@adforlio.com with the affected URL or job reference and a clear explanation. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data.
We can pause affected work while investigating and may require corrections, remove unlawful material or restrict accounts. We provide a proportionate explanation and review route where legally permitted. A mistaken flag can be appealed; an automatic label alone is not a definitive finding of wrongdoing.
