Service Providers and AI Processing
This register explains which providers support Adforlio and what they do. A configured key or private storage bucket is not proof that every provider setting, contract or transfer requirement has been verified.
Application, account and files
Render: hosts and runs the application and operational tasks. Supabase: provides authentication, structured account/campaign data and access-controlled file storage. Relevant data can include request metadata, account and campaign records.
Hosting region and backup settings must be verified against the actual accounts. We do not claim that all processing stays in Nigeria, the European Union or any other single region.
Campaign strategy and media
OpenAI: receives the text and allowed business context needed for selected strategy requests. Its API data controls distinguish training use, stored application state and security retention.
Higgsfield: receives the request needed for the chosen image/video model and returns result metadata and media. The enabled text-only media workflows have been reviewed against the published API terms; applicable upstream-model conditions also apply. The administrator confirmed the API Workspace training setting is off on 3 October 2026; the switch-off and effective processing dates remain unverified. The opt-out is prospective and subject to excluded-model and upstream-provider limits. Provider retention continues to apply; this is not a zero-retention or universal no-training commitment.
Adforlio selects from the supported models and settings for your requested output before quoting its credit cost. The accepted job keeps its quoted production plan. Provider changes that require a different plan or additional credits need a new quote and approval; an uncertain request is not silently replaced with another paid generation.
The current implementation keeps supplied product imagery in local composition for outputs described that way. Do not assume that a future source-image, face or voice feature has the same data flow; it needs a separate review.
For supported new AI imports, Adforlio retains the exact provider image (PNG, JPEG or WebP) or MP4 video privately, separately from the processed export. Earlier outputs may have no retained original. File hashes verify integrity, not Content Credentials signatures or factual authenticity. Keeping the original does not establish that a transformed export preserves every required provenance signal; model-specific transformation and disclosure requirements remain part of the review.
Email and payments
Resend: sends authentication and service notifications using the necessary recipient address and message content. Notification preference does not become marketing consent.
Paystack: hosts checkout and provides transaction, refund and dispute information for payment reconciliation. Adforlio does not offer a general payment wallet or accept payments for customers’ own advertised offerings.
Before strict-confidentiality work
Ask support@adforlio.com about the provider and model arrangement before submitting material that requires a no-training commitment, special data residency or another negotiated condition. Do not rely on a general marketing statement as evidence that such a commitment exists.
Required disclosures, processor agreements, any international-transfer safeguards and the handling of provider-applied provenance must be reviewed as part of the launch and whenever a new model is introduced.
